HS Stats for/from Week One of the High School Football Season:Looking for those Steak n Shake Players of the Week

I would say the early favorites coming out of Week One would be QB Jack Mercer, from Northern Guilford HS, and DL Logan Wright, from Dudley HS…See what you think, and we will keep/leave this post up here until Friday, so you can dig in and check out the numbers…Found newly posted Grimsley HS defensive numbers today, and a heck of game vs. Clayton from Grimsley sophomore Bryce Davis…Davis with 8 Total Tackles, with 2 Tackles for a Loss and a QB Sack, and a QB Hurry…Davis also with a Pass Deflection, a Fumble Recovery and a Caused Fumble…

  1. I am taking the High Point Andrews kid and Logan Wright from Dudley.

Andrews don’t hardly ever win nothing. But they did this time around.

  2. Jack Mercer from Northern Guilford and DJ Parker from Dudley HS. Dudley is loaded with those defensive studs.

  3. I will take Timothy Ratley from over there at Andrews and Logan Wright from Dudley High School.

  4. Good to see the big guys up front getting some love. OL can’t be a good team without them.

  5. Go with Mercer and Wright. With the numbers those two put up you can’t go wrong there.

  6. Giving it up for Jack Mercer and Logan Wright. Mercer with Northern and Wright from Dudley. Thats the right stuff right there.
