UNCG Track & Field Competes in Bob Davidson Team Challenge
HIGH POINT, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men’s and women’s track and field teams competed in the Bob Davidson Team Challenge presented by Norris Woody at Vert Stadium, hosted by High Point on Saturday.
Two Spartans clocked in personal best times. Andrew Hamilton ran a personal best time of 51.44 in the 400-meter run, placing 15th out of 18.
Khalid Abdullahi led the way for the Spartans finishing 11th out of 28 competitors in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.85. Lane Prochaska was the next Blue & Gold across the finish line, taking home 14th in the event with a personal best time of 1:59.57.
The men ran a 4×400-meter relay team for the first time this season, where they totaled a time of 3:55.10. The women saw two 4×400-meter relay teams compete for the first time this season. One ran a time of 4:32.51, while the other team ran a time of 4:43.36.

UNCG will compete at the VertKlasse Meeting from April 5-6 back in High Point, North Carolina at Vert Stadium.
