High Point Post 87 HI Toms jumped out to an early lead on Greensboro and captured an 11-1 victory on Tuesday.
With six runs in the first three innings, High Point Post 87 HI Toms left no doubt about the eventual outcome.
Goard racked up two RBIs on three hits for High Point Post 87 HI Toms.
High Point Post 87 HI Toms relied on Riley Isenhour to eat up innings en route to the win. Isenhour allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.
Hunt took the loss for Greensboro. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked one and struck out one.
