    RICHOMND, Va. – Elon women’s basketball’s Nikki McDonald has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Women’s Basketball Rookie of the Week, as announced by the conference office today, March 7. McDonald notched a new career-high 14 points in 18 minutes played in Elon’s regular-season finale win at William & Mary last week. Gresh will serve as the primary communications contact for Phoenix men’s basketball, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s golf and men’s and women’s tennis.     RICHMOND, Va. – The Colonial Athletic Association released its 2015 preseason volleyball poll today, Aug. 17. According to a vote by the conference’s head coaches, Elon was predicted to finish eighth as the Phoenix begins its second year in the league.
